Pre-Sales Engineer – G4S Secure Solutions (Egypt) L.L.C

– Support the sales team in the qualification, analysis and presentation of a suite of products and services to existing and prospective clients.
– Prepare the proposals based on the best technical solutions with all related drawing.
-Study the tenders and prepare the required documents with support from sales and PA.
– Develop technical pre-sales solutions.
– Coordinate with the sales team in formulating and building up proposal knowledge.
– Increasing market share by supporting business development.
– Conduct professional demos and presentations for Clients.
– Investigating new technologies and third party components and staying on top of technology to innovate new products and services.
– Engaging with Sales in the field for meetings and presentations.
– Performs client consultation: Plans, designs, implements and supports IP-based call center solutions
– Provide technical training and sufficient information to the sales staff.
