• Administration, creation, review and approval of ongoing manufacturer and license agreements (Microsoft).
• Primary focus on the support of net new SMB customers and our existing base of Microsoft clients:
– As a subset, outreach to our Account Managers to ensure communications to client.
– Ensure on Time and Proactive support for customer agreement.
• Assist in the management, responses to, or response support for Microsoft Team mailbox of general licensing questions.
• Database generation and upkeep for new and existing customers and their agreements.
• Acquisition and reporting of the licenses to the manufacturer and fulfillment of cancellations.
• Coordination function with internal departments, external partners, manufacturers and customers.
• Support of internal departments and customers in regards to Microsoft Licensing programs.
