Procurement & Logistics Supervisor – thyssenkrupp Industries & Services Qatar L.L.C.

– To adhere to all safety and compliance rules of the company
– To establish, control and update the purchase procedures and activities including vendor management.
– To implement all PSM strategic initiatives initiated in our organization.
– Create/Follow KPI assigned and cascade them down to team members.
– Responsible to approve all Purchase order for the company
– Report all Purchasing information timely and with accuracy
– Manage personally purchasing activities for main, strategic and key products / services required in the company
– Play an integral role in ensuring that the a company adheres to budgets and operates profitably.
– Coordinate with heads of departments to analyze business requirements and support their activities
– Monitors business trends and products and develop a purchasing strategy aligned with the company objectives.
– Identifies and researches potential new suppliers.
– Manage / support and coordinate Purchasing Team.
– Deep knowledge of importing and exporting company required material including custom clearances.
