In charge for managing and coordinating complete procurement activities of the company and ensure best quality products and services for competitive prices in a timely basis. Plays an integral role to develop purchasing strategies which meet budgetary and other operational requirements of the company.
Essential Job Functions:
• Liaises with departmental heads to determine their materials and service needs
• Devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies
• Identify new potential & profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships.
• Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms and conditions
• Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
• Develops and implements strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels
