1- Develops a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of project following a logical pattern for utilization of resources.
2- Selects and coordinates work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project.
3- Ensure main contract and building specification are implemented and executed to meet highest standard of quality.
4- Oversees performance of all sub-contractors and reviews architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.
5- Develop proper administration of construction contracts and for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses.
6- Supervises construction manager, reviews their reports, checks on any reported difficulties, and corrects any safety violations or other reported deficiencies.
7- Tracks and controls construction schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of project within time and budget allocated.
8- Reports to superior, owners and consultant about progress and any necessary modifications of plans that seem indicated.
9- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Ensure to secure all supplies and materials needed for the project site.
10- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope, reviews deliverable prepared by team before passing to client.
11- Effectively applies best practices and enforces project standards that minimize exposure and risk on project.
12- Prepares engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures, ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
