Property Consultant/Broker – Kleindienst Group

Key Responsibilities
– Lead Generation and creating a pool of sophisticated and discerning clients
• Building a database of clients/customers
• Marketing of properties through several property portals like Dubizzle, Property Finder, Property Online, Gulf News Residential, etc.
• Ensuring that the correct details are advertised for the listed properties, and following up internally with the required departments
• Hold open house inspections, instructing clients on best practices for selling success and liaising between renters/owners and prospective buyers for property inspections.
• Coordinating on the preparation of legal documents including listings and sales contracts
• Ensuring terms and conditions of agreements are met
• Maintaining and liaising with clients, building relationships with clients to encourage returning business.
• Coordinate property closings and overseeing document signing
• Re-Marketing while the property is vacant between tenancies
• Analyse market trends to determine competitive market prices
