Proposal Leader

1. Reviews drawings and prepare Bill of Quantities of bids to ensure accurate estimation
2. Studies Tender / Project Terms and Conditions, and Specifications to determine the factors affecting the estimation and pricing details
3. Requests & compare the technical and commercial aspects of quotations received from specialized sub-contractors & vendors for specific items in the bid documents
4. Estimates the cost of consumables like, tools, machinery, equipment and man-hour thereby analyzing rates and pricing breakdowns
5. Prepares work plans to be submitted with the bid documents as per Client request
6. Attend pre-tender meetings and bid openings if required
7. Visits the project sites, verifies site conditions and collects necessary information for estimation and pricing purpose and attends negotiation meetings
8. Controls the purchasing of equipment for awarded projects as per contract estimated prices, terms, and conditions
9. Organizes filing of tender documents, quotations, supplier’s profiles and other related documents for ease of future reference
