QA Officer – Jollychic Ec Limited

  • Enhances team and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Actively participate in the End to End process to ensure that processes match actions taken by team and ensure that the End to End process manual is proactively updated to reflect enhancements and improvements that are agreed from time to time.
  • Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.
  • Setting customer service standards, definition documents etc…
  • Maintains and improves product quality by completing service, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints; collaborating with other members of management and training methods.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with outsource departments heads to review the processes and to get feedback from them in order to amend the processes when needed/incidental meetings and groups discussions upon projects and business needs.
  • Conduct audit activities at all assignments level to recognize individual performance achievements and areas of improvement/growth. On performance & process maturity levels. (Evaluation, audit, certification, shift briefs, training, coaching etc…)
  • Performed audits on quality assurance activities, performed inspections on same & maintain improvement follow-up at all levels.
  • Conduct and facilitating calibration sessions on LOB level.
  • Any other assignment upon business necessity assuring LOBs KPIs are achieved and enhanced.
  • Initiative & innovation.
