QA Section Head – Wadi Group
Responsible for implementation of food safety and HACCP rules, monitoring CCPs, suggest corrective actions for food safety issues.
Ensuring staff's safety during operations.
Prepare and Conduct Food Safety internal Training for all company employees.
Prepare and Conduct Kitchen Safety internal Training for all company employees
Ensuring that all the staff aware about safety & Food safety practices, GHPS & GMPs
Conduct Food Safety internal audits.
Conduct Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and Follow up achievement.
Conduct Food Safety Scheduled Supplier Audit.
Handling audits of our clients.
Communicate with our client representative about any client complain and about any safety issues related to the client.
Communicate with external food safety trainers to prepare and conduct external training plan.
Help and instruct the Site manager to improve the site from Food safety and safety point of view.
Prepared company emergency plan.
Reporting incidents, issues, violations, action plans and audit feedback to Food safety and hygiene manager.
Set-up new locations according to international standards.
Receive food processing raw products at Company main Warehouse.
Responsible for Preparing of food safety & quality monthly and yearly reports.
Responsible for Company Equipments Maintenance and implementation of Protective
Maintenance Plan (PMP).
