Purpose of the Job
"Ensure that PMI TPMs Quality System related requirements are covered within TBTD QS & Coordinate Costumer Complaint Complaint throught the process "
1. Manage the maintenance/alignment of local QMS according to PMI Requirements continuous improvement.
2. Manage the process of auditing in order to identify non compliance and opportunities for improving processes.
3. Ensure a training program related to content and structure of QMS and ISO requirements (if applicable) is in place and is aimed for all operations community
5. Responsible for managing & monitoring multi – channel customer Complaints & Escalations, ensuring that all communications are responded to and escalated appropriately and efficiently.
6. Work closely with the key stakeholders to track and monitor all complaints within the business
7. Monito & Mesure effectiveness of the QMS
8. Continually improve & develop the QMS
QA experience of minimum 1 year
ISO standards and certification experience
Data Analysis & Interpretation experience
