KBS REAL ESTATE is expanding its team & is hiring
Experienced & Professional Property Consultants.
Candidates applying for this Position MUST have at least 1 Years’ experience in the Dubai Real Estate Industry.
Responsible For:
• Providing Quality Customer Service to the Company Clients.
• Understanding the Requirements of the Clients & Advising
them Properties within their Budget.
• Generating Leads – Buyers, Sellers, Landlords, Tenants &
Developers.
• Generating Quality Property Listings.
• Doing Due Diligence about the Property & Arranging,
Completing All the Required Documents.
• Taking or Arranging Professional Photographs of the
Property.
• Arranging Viewings for The Prospect Clients.
• Following Up with the Prospect Clients.
• Visiting & Talking to the Sellers/Landlords About their
Property & its Special Features,
• Offering advice on the value of the property.
• Marketing & Promoting Properties for Sale & Lease.
• Negotiation with Prospective Buyers/Tenants &
Sellers/Landlords at Offer Stage.
• Monitoring Sales & Leases as they proceed.
• Advising clients and helping buyers/tenants to decide what
They wish to buy/lease.
• Making sure that a price is agreed that is acceptable to
Both parties.
• Regular Care Calls to all Clients
• Keeping up to date with market trends in the local and
International property markets.
• Keeping up to date with the RERA Rules, Regulations and
Circulars.
• Achieving Sales Targets.
• Arranging presentations and meetings to promote the
Property.
• Making appointments and showing buyers around the
Properties.
• Providing Professional and ongoing client support
• Implementation of sales and marketing activities
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds,
Closing statements etc.)
• Maintain and update listings of available properties on
CRM.
• Calling prospective clients to find listings.
• Finding potential buyers for your stock.
• Listing your properties on CRM system as per RERA
Requirements.

• RERA Course: All fees will be paid by the company however,
Should you decide to leave or are terminated under Labor
