Bayolu Real Estate is a leading real estate company in Dubai that has been set up to produce fast and reliable services all over the country. Top strengthen our team, we need a topnotch Property Sales Manager with the following responsibilities.
● Supervise real estate sales agents, perform administrative duties and stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry.
● Offer advice and motivate their agents to close sales and develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, and secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.
● Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve and conducted sales meeting.
● Plan, design and conduct appropriate marketing and selling strategies for individual properties within budgetary limits and ensure accomplishment of the overall company’s sales target through consistently delivering, and exceeding monthly targets.
●Reviewing current business practice and implementing recommendations to deliver an effective target based sales strategy
● Responsible for operating and maintaining real estate properties with the goal of maximizing income and profits.
● Preparing the Sales budget and monitoring financial performance against budget
