Receptionist/ Administrator – Gravity Enterprise Management Consultancy

Check (daily) the answer phone for messages received and handle appropriately
• Greet all visitors in a positive and professional way
• Ensure the reception area is kept tidy and well presented at all times
• Book on-site meeting rooms as requested
• Book company apartments and local hotels as requested and update records (spreadsheet)
• Order and Maintain stock levels in the stationery cupboard
• Sort the incoming post into departmental piles for collection by administrators
• Check the main office fax machine and alert employees of faxes awaiting their attention
• Keep stationery cupboard safe and tidy
• Assist departments with any ad hoc admin tasks such as; data entry, stuffing envelopes, applying labels to envelopes etc when requested
• Arrange courier shipments, special delivery (recorded/registered) as requested
• Inform the Human Resources Department of any sickness or holiday notifications received via Reception
