Receptionist/ Administrator – Pro Partner Group

– Front desk activities, including receiving clients, deliveries, distribution of mail etc.
– Manage telephone system for PRO Partner Group
– Manage meeting room bookings
– Responsible for ensuring that the meeting rooms are presented well at all times – pens and paper available, all cups removed and tidy at all times.
– Responsible for ensuring that the office’s are kept clear of empty glasses and cups, and that common areas are tidy at all times.
-Ensure refreshments are made for clients / meeting attendees as required.
-Ordering stationary and office supplies.
– Make all courier bookings
– Manage relationships with suppliers
– Maintenance of sections of the company database.
– Liaise with other staff members effectively, in order to complete the assigned tasks.
– Complete all general administration in a timely manner.
– Communicate effectively with superiors, subordinates and other departments as required.
– Complete PA duties, including diary management & travel bookings for business Manager.
– Complete ad hoc special projects as and when required.
– Assist with the general administration and smooth running of the office
– Promote the PRO-Partnership brand image and values through own appearance and behaviour so that it reflects the high standards of PRO-Partnership
