Receptionist – Multi Services Company – Qatar

• Greet and assist company’s visitors.
• Answers incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
• Re-direct call as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
• Monitor people coming and going through the reception door.
• Keeping the reception area clean and tidy at all times and the meeting room as well.
• In charge for the booking schedule of the meeting room use.
• Responsible for the daily attendance record of all employees and submission to the HR/Office Manager during cut-off.
• Maintain the general filing system of all the contacts and their business cards.
• Provide administrative support for all the employees when needed.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of office supply.
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, scanning and filing.
• Perform additional duties when needed.
