1. Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed , record the contact timing , and the contact person name.
2. Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
3. Prepare correspondence, documents, reports related to the department.
4. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as, photocopying
5. Provide general administrative and clerical support.
