Receptionist (Temporary contract) – AlHasawi Group

We are currently looking for a presentable Receptionist to manage our front desk and other administrative duties.
– Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.
– Answering telephone in good manners,
– Schedule appointments and make follow up calls to customers to remind them of their appointments.
– Handle Appointment cancelation
– Ensure the availability of staff during booking for customer appointment.
– Monitor log book of clients,
– Providing standard information and directions to customers.
– Office Administration.
– Receive all mail and packages for pickup and delivery.
– Managements of filing system.
