Recruiter (3 months contract)

– Developing highly effective sourcing strategies and an outstanding candidate network by adopting recruiting techniques like head hunting, cold calling, networking and advance Internet based recruiting
– Managing complete lifecycle staffing process of the organization along with account management, vendor engagement & management.
– Collaborating with hiring managers for preparing staffing strategy for existing & future needs.
– Arranging staffing strategy meetings with objective to recruit methods plus sourcing plans.
– Coordinating with hiring managers for assuring staffing methods are followed to incorporate timely feedback.
– Stimulating time-to-fill, interview-to-placement ratio and cost-per-hire; providing hiring metrics as required
– Monitoring maintenance of all internal resume tracking system (ATS); ensuring constant corporate image across recruiting campaigns.
– Replacing and enhancing a service previously provided by an on-site Recruitment Processing Outsourcing provider thus improving the recruitment experience and supporting the growth agenda.
– Managing end-to-end recruitment process for technical Mid-level to Senior
– Executive/Manager/Consultant/Director level positions.
– Working closely with BU Heads or Delivery Managers on recruitment planning and fulfillment of Internal Staffing, Manpower Projects and Turn-Key Projects.
