Recruiter – KBR Middle East

Under the minimum supervision, the candidate will collaborate with Department Managers on a regular basis to understand their staffing requirements and:  Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications, if and when required  Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards  Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc. He/she will be responsible for the management and execution of the hiring process from the Hiring Manager request to the offer stage. The responsibilities will further include CV database and candidate tracker management on a daily basis, follow‐up with candidates and Hiring Managers, preliminary and technical interviews with candidates, and arranging interviews between candidates and managers. The successful candidate must have strong market knowledge and be able to provide salary data that reflects market expectations. Also, the candidate will understand Asian, Far East, Middle East and European market conditions. The focus will primarily be on craft/technical staff.
