Recruiter – Petrochemical Conversion Company
To execute PCC’s recruitment process to identify, attract and hire candidates, ensuring that they are selected and recruited on time and in line with the business requirements and standards in order to support PCC in the realisation of its business objectives through its talent.
Executes the acquisition/hiring plan of PCC to hire candidates as required by the business via graduate programs, professional services, overseas recruitment drives and outsourcing to ensure that PCC’s talent needs are met on time and according to policies and procedures
On-boards new hires into PCC, providing the orientation program on time and ensuring that new hires have all of the relevant tools, information and introductions to ramp up to full operating capacity quickly
Process all employment visa related documentation and approvals and ensures that all new hires meet the legislative requirements for employment (including GOSI registration, Iqama processing etc.)
Screens applicants against the role profile, ensuring that all candidates shortlisted/presented meet the role specifications
Executes the assessment process for all candidates, following the applicable assessment process, arranging all interviews, tests and screenings as required to increase the likelihood of securing the most suitable candidate for the job in line with the skills, abilities, experience and behavioral competencies required by PCC
