We are looking for an Arabic recruiter to join our awesome team!
– Partner with clients to problem solve and define the candidate identification strategy for each role
– Focus on business development and manage effective relationships with existing clients and develop a good and clear understanding of their requirements
Range of work includes, but is not limited to:
1. Quickly grasping client requirements with the aim of short listing candidates against client’s required profile
2. Advertising positions, reviewing applications and searching the database for relevant candidates
3. Supporting in the verification of candidates at all levels by sourcing, pre-screening and matching candidate profiles with the aim of assessing interest as well as relevancy
4. Managing and communicating effectively with the candidates through the verification cycle, while educating them on the clients’ objectives as well.
5. Creating and documenting candidate profiles to send a shortlist of relevant candidates to the client within the agreed time frame.
