Recruiting Specialist – Massader HR Services

•Verification of MPR and job descriptions from Sales and notify for any updates.
•Posting the MPR in Recruitment software.
•Tracking the order on day to day online.
•Sourcing or collecting CVs from Job portals or agencies.
•Screening for quality work force.
•Coordinating with sales team on selection decision from clients.
•Conducting interviews (Skype, personal) for company scope selections.
•Generating Offer letters and contracts online and getting acceptance from selected employees.
•preparing all legal documentation for embassies and agencies.
•Sharing visa details for generating MOFA no. for medicals of the employee.
•Preparing E-Wakalah request and processing from Finance.
•Sharing E-Wakalah to concerned agency.
•Document attestations, Document courier to embassies and agencies.
•Maintain centralized manpower mobilization report.
•Collecting weekly status reports from concerned agencies.
•verification of Mandatory checklist documentation.
•New arrival Air ticket issuance (if on company scope).
•On Boarding activities.
•Arrival notifications to concerned departments.
•On arrival mandatory documents handover and submission to Document controller.
•Preparing support letters for Visa stamping and visa cancellations.
•Meeting deadlines on mobilization and meeting targets set by supervisor.
•On Deputation working in source country until targets are met.
