Market and sell recruitment assignments to clients in a specific
industry sector or geographical area to ensure that all sales and
revenue targets are met.
2. Undertake the various stages of the recruitment process, as
required by the client, to the company’s quality standards.
3. Maintain and review a register of candidates appropriate to any
potential client requirements and undertake interviews of candidates
to determine their suitability where necessary.
4. Maintain all necessary client and candidate records and appropriate
supporting systems to ensure that there is accurate and upto-
date information in accordance with relevant quality standards
and statutory requirements.
5. Carry out all required pre-employment checks to ensure that
candidates are appropriately qualified for jobs being filled.
6. Undertake any necessary market research to ensure that the
service provided is up to date and appropriate to clients’ needs.
