Recruitment Officer (Philippine Nationality Only)

The Recruitment Officer will provide support to Human Resources Department by handling all Overseas recruitment related activities within the organization. The Recruitment Officer must have a clear understanding of the company’s business objectives and be able to devise and implement the company’s policies and procedure.
The recruitment officer must be Filipino and we welling to be relocated in the Philippines frequently.
Job Description:
1. Controls, Maintains and Updates manpower plan and prepares related monthly report as a requested bythe Human Resources Manager.
2. Meets walk-in applicants, collects and assesses CVs.
3. Maintains an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions
4. Liaises with approved recruitment agencies for supply of manpower
5. Arrange and Designs recruitment advertisements.
6. Screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications, assess CV and interview candidatesas per requested evaluation by the departmental/divisional heads.
7. Review, analyze and evaluate applicant / candidate cv against Job requirements
