Recruitment Specialist – 1 year Internship – Giza Systems
• Assist the HR Account Manager/HR Business Partner in their work to consolidate an annual recruitment plan for each account.
• Use the best means of recruitment to ensure excellent calibres are introduced to the organization.
• Ensure that the company website and social media groups are updated with current job openings.
• Source, filter and work closely with the HR Account Manager/HR Business Partner to screen CVs and prepare short-lists for interviewing.
• Conduct different filtering assessment tools to get the best candidates to interviews including phone interviews, English tests, technical tests….etc
• Record CVs on system and arrange for both HR and technical interviews.
• Interview and select candidates for junior positions.
• Prepare and send Job Offers to the selected candidates’ for junior positions after review and approval from HR Account Manager/HR Business Partner.
• Update the HR System with the candidate’s data & coordinates with the Personnel department till the candidate comes on board.
• Welcome new employees and coordinate with department admins to ensure that their first-day challenges are facilitated.
• Coordinate with the training department to ensure that all new hires in his/her area are listed to attend the induction program and follow up to ensure that s/he has attended the orientation session.
• Represent HCD in events and fairs.
• Update monthly the org charts of the assigned areas and communicate it the concerned parties for review, approvals and affecting any changes on systems.
• Maintain an updated status for all job descriptions for positions in the assigned area including the competencies for each position.
• Apply changes in the organization chart in the job descriptions affected.
• Assist HR Account Manager/HR Business Partner in assessing the readiness of people for their suggested promotion.
• Work with HR Account Manager/HR Business Partner to solve HR systems challenges.
• Coordinate with the training department to ensure an updated skill-matrix for the assigned area.
• Generate reports whenever needed.
• Work with HR Account Manager/HR Business Partner to increase the capacity of external clients joining our social media.
• Work on surveys preparations and analysis.
