Recruitment Specialist

Duties: • Full execution of the recruitment process (including job posting, recruiting ads crafting, phone interviewing, regular communication with candidates and managers) including the recruitment administration. • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc. • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions. • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications • Provide analytical & well documented reports on recruitment activities Qualifications: • Experience 2- 3 years' experience in Recruitment field "recruitment agency background is preferred". • Bachelor holder is must. • Excellent Arabic and English linguistic skills. • Good command of using Microsoft Office Applications (Word – Excel – PowerPoint). Job Details: • Work Location: Mohandseen. • Work hours: 08:00 am to 04:00 pm (2 days off). • Salary: from 2500 to 3000 + quarterly bonus Kindly send us your CV: [email protected]
