Recruitment Specialist – kafaat solutions

• Liaise with local recruitment agencies in accordance with recruitment requirements for contractors and permanent staff.
• Source best local and international recruitment agencies to act for each job vacancy in line with agreed policies and workflow, providing appropriate job descriptions to aid the search for high quality candidates.
• Follow-up advertising, and posting Kafa’at jobs in the provided sources.
• To provide the sourcing, screening and interviewing services on time to align with the set Policy and SLAs.
• Ensure that all received job candidates CVs are reviewed and initial telephone screening interviews are conducted, comparing the information gathered with job specification.
• Participate in job interviews with line managers, capturing relevant information against criteria and completing standard interview evaluation forms, combining technical/line manager and HR views with respect to recommendation on hiring action (hire/hold/reject).
• Assist in overcoming salary package objections from high quality candidates by liaising with Organization & Resourcing Manager as appropriate.
• Ensure completion of the offer letter and contract of employment (with the appropriate company signatures from the Organization & Resourcing Manager) by contracting the candidate to gain his final agreement/ signature.
• Arrange for the effective induction of new employees into Kafa’at by sending the Pre-joining notification, completing as much of the HR employee file as possible prior to the date of joining, liaising with various other departments to meet accommodation, Medical check-up/Security check-up and other equipment’s (IT-computer access, SAP account, HR Services, finger print, etc)
• Ensure that new employees are effectively and efficiently registered and signed up in SAP System and to the benefits (e.g. HRDF) in accordance with Kafa’at Policies and procedures by transferring the new HR Employee File is handed over to HR Operations for further post contract offer attention.
