Works with the Group CEO and other Heads of Functions to design and implement the change programs to improve the operation model and Ensures the excellent executions of those models
· Own the operation model and be accountable for.
· Play an active and positive role in company leadership team and have a company wide perspective rather than functional
· Identify strategic sales opportunities and translates the strategic goals into retail operational plans to achieve the required targeted growth in sales and profit with managing cost effectively and efficiently
· Influence the company to simplify store operations and monitor challenges facing stores
· Resolve and find solutions for issues that faces District Operation managers
· Cooperate with authorities and make sure of legal and safe working environment
· Spends time in stores with retail stores teams and customers to understand and identify business critical issues in order to ensure the alignment of tactics and strategies
· Spends time coaching District operations Managers, identifying skills and opportunities for development; provides advice and guidance when needed.
· Works with the HR Business Partner to ensure people management issues are satisfactorily resolved and relevant HR policies and procedures are adhered to
· Monitor Competition and identifying new opportunities and ideas to the company
· Plan 6 months ahead; including sales, operations and expenditures
