Job Brief
We are looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager with Automotive background specific in trucks and buses for B2B to support National Sales Manager in achieving the sales targets and eventually generates revenue in the allocated area. He will support implementing and directing the activities of sales team to achieve sales objectives and to help us meet our customer acquisition by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
Responsibilities:
• Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products and reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
• Maintaining and improving relationships with the client.
• Establishing, maintaining, expanding your customer base and servicing the needs of your existing customers
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
• Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
• Training sales staff, developing sales strategies and setting targets
• Allocating areas to sales representatives
• Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
• Compiling and analysing sales figures
• Collecting customer feedback and market research
