Regional Sales Manager – Al Suwaidi Holding Co

Strategy Alignment and Sales Development
– Develop sales strategy for the region in the targeted segments.
– Achieve or exceed revenue target with the agreed profit margin in the region.
– Identify, evaluate and develop new business opportunities (products, services, markets & geographies) and provide the appropriate recommendations.
– Provide information on the different activities of our competitors and customers in the region, and provide and analyze relevant market info in the targeted market segments.
– Responsible for maintaining close personal contact with strategic accounts.
Sales Operations
– Develop and implement sales plan in the region in targeted segments.
– Scan Projects with major customers in the region and build up projects database.
– Maximize revenue and profit with existing customers and generate revenue from new customers for the concerned service verticals.
– Increase revenue with targeted customers in the region.
– Follow up inquiries with plant owners from lead generation to deal closing.
– Evaluating carefully & thoroughly all RFQs / bid invitations to provide competitive proposal in time in order to secure the order.
– Coordination with service vertical manager for the pre-qualification, bid assistance & management, and commercial contracts assistance and pricing and to resolve customers’ concerns & issues.
– Visit customers periodically to determine existing project requirements and projected requirements of impending projects.
Sales Control & Reporting
– By means of the weekly report, the regional sales manager will interpret information provided from customers to enable the CMO to be fully aware of the customer needs, market requirement & services provided in the region.
– Responsible for maintaining the appropriate level of control documents to monitor the achievements.
– Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
– To ensure that all the company's support services are fully utilized.
– Provide accurate annual and rolling sales revenue & profitability forecasts per service vertical for each key account and targeted market segment.
