– To manage and enhance the existing commercial portfolio and solicit acceptable new relationships in order to meet the pre-set financial non-financial objectives.
– Develop and maintain strong working relations with all existing clients at key levels to optimize the utilization of approved facilities.
– Implement and maintain complete control aspects i.e. financial analysis of statements of accounts, documentation, and periodical client visits call reports.
– Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, merchandising techniques, etc.
– Follow up with clients on a daily basses for existing clients and targeted clients.
– Meeting client’s needs and requests in a timely matter
– Constructing client proposal by the way of presentation.
– Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions;
– Managing clients account opening procedure from A-Z
– Delivery of targets.
