Drive departmental sales initiatives through daily sales activities. Ensure all critical KPIs are met as per the plan (conversion ratio, daily completed calls, monthly revenue targets),

Adhere to all reporting and departmental procedures pertaining to sales process and customer acquisition, update CRM, submit daily reports on sales figures and feedback,

Coordinate with reporting manager to evaluate performances till date, discuss and redefine individual sales strategy,

Attend Daily Department / Team Huddle, review daily reports with Head of Sales/ Department head,

Coordinate with department head in aligning/ modifying existing sales process to ensure higher productivity,

Ensure proficiency in all desired key core competency/ knowledge/skills segments as per core competency chart,

Attain sales proficiency in all new products that are introduced,

Mentor new joiners in the sales team,

Develop and adhere to a personal development plan, which includes upgrading knowledge base through various sources.
