Relationship manager (Telesales) – Bancassurance – RAKBANK
To manage a team of Bancassurance Telesales Relationship Officers to ensure delivery of quality service to the customers, project a professional image, and maintain operational controls and continuous improvement in operational efficiency with an aim to meet budgeted revenue and policies.
Main responsibilities and accountabilities
– To assist Sr. Relationship Manager in managing the sales team
– To build, develop and maintain relationships with the existing and potential customers for sourcing of insurance products offered by the Bank.
– To monitor weekly/monthly achievements against budgeted revenue
– To actively contribute in the periodic sales meetings within and outside the department to improve the existing revenue stream of the team
– To capitalize on Cross Sell opportunities across departments to market Bancassurance products
– Build an effective sales culture in the team through strong relationship management practices
– Ensure strict adherence to all sales and service activities as laid out in the OP and the Bank’s policies related to compliance
– Be fully aware of the entire product and service range available and keep abreast of market developments, both global and local
