Restaurant Manager – Al Sayer Franchising

  • Be hands-on in FOH, BOH activities, and leads team by setting examples to motivate them increase sales and achieve daily targets.
  • Acting as a role model for the brand & company by maintaining the highest level of honesty, integrity and work ethics at all times.
  • Development of high performing work teams.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints & act efficiently to resolve in a timely manner
  • Ensuring that standards for quality, customer service, health & safety & food hygiene are met & maintain a safe working environment by complying to the Food Alert policy.
  • Ensure complete safety and security measures set by company management are being followed in the restaurant all times
  • Ensuring monthly inventory is well-planned, actively involved and being responsible for the accuracy of the stock inventory.
  • Estimate daily prep, ordering and maintain par level and inventory food requirements.
