We are on the lookout for a Restaurant Manager for a leading Japanese Restaurant based in Dubai.
– Supervises the day-to-day functioning of all restaurant employees, facilities, sales and costs.
– Supervises, coordinates and directs prompt, efficient and courteous service of F&B in the restaurant.
– Conducts pre-meal briefings and maintains liaison with the Executive
– Participates in service as necessary in accordance with the requirements and practices of the restaurant.
– Control the cleanliness and hygiene
– Ensures grooming and appearance standards are met
– Schedules guest reservations and arranges for private parties.
– ensure that restaurant is operating as per Dubai rules and regulations , and all required permission and required certificate such health cards, license, …are ready at the outlet in case there is any inspection.
