1. Following sales operation executional standards in term of sales expansion & data analysis i.e. Digital Maps, Reporting Tools, Census analysis …

2. Creates balanced routes based on certain given KPI's such as (number of customers, daily visits, frequency required, and drop size….etc)

3. Preparing analytical data for outlet types and coverage to share with management for exploring new opportunities & execution.

4. Maintaining the customer level data gathering process unifying the customer information including Trade Program information.

5. Conduct rerouting tasks to keep route data up to-date.

6. Training sales team on using different types of systems for information gathering & KPI's Tracking.

7. Providing monthly routing dashboards showing routing KPI's for DC's before & after routing across regions to insure maximum benefit out of expansion plans

8. Matching retail census data with current customer level data across 5 regions including all trade channels (Retail, Wholesale, Key Accounts …etc.)

9. Preparing different retail data census analysis when needed.
