Sales Account Manager

JOB PURPOSE: • To generate profitable revenue within assigned accounts and/or territory • To achieve assigned yearly sales target KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: •Achieve or exceed annual sales target •Meet company’s Sales KPI’s •Manage a list of assigned accounts as set by Head of Sales •Identify decision makers/stakeholders in each assigned account •Represent SPOC within own accounts ensuring prompt and efficient communication at all times •Establish and maintain positive rapport with prospects and clients •Gain a proper understanding of all services and be able to convey added value to end-users •Ability to respond to RFP’s and draft direct proposals in both English and Arabic •Assist in raising awareness of presence in the Saudi market •Daily update of sales activities in CRM •Submit a weekly CRM-generated pipeline report •Assist in representing the company at own and co-sponsored events COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:  Internal: Effectively liaise and communicate with department head, pre-sales, operation and marketing colleagues to ensure proper and smooth execution of sales plan. External: Effectively communicate with prospects and clients to ensure service offering is conveyed, respected and generating maximum profitable revenue.
