Sales and Marketing Specialist – Mayader Ltd.
Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
– Sales / Business development (approximately 60% of workload):
– To identify, develop and build relationships with prospective clients, ensuring that all sales opportunities for company's projects are acted upon.
– To gather a clear view of a prospect’s reasons for engaging company's projects and required key deliverable to allow compelling propositions to be created, presented and closed as appropriate.
– Identify, organize and attend relevant networking events, following up all leads gathered.
– Identify, create business case for and, if approved, manage the company’s attendance at suitable business development / lead generation events in different cities.
– To further develop relationships with existing business partners and identify and develop opportunities with new partners.
– Marketing and PR (approximately 30% of workload):
– To work alongside the eBusiness Director in the management of direct marketing, including regular mailshots to the prospect database.
– To keep the content of the Company’s website up to date and relevant.
– To identify and manage a offline marketing strategy for the Company.
– To work with the eBusiness Director to identify PR opportunities and to action those deemed valuable for the Company’s brand and reputation development.
– To identify suitable awards for the Company to enter.
– Competitor and market awareness – search service (approximately 10% of workload):
– To research resources available to Mahham and to scan competitor offerings to ensure the range of services continues to offer good value for clients.
– To make suggestions to the eBusiness Director when any new opportunities for service enhancement are identified.
