DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Provide excellent customer service, greet and assist customers. Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total customer’s purchase, collect payment from customers and make change, bag merchandise, and assist customers with merchandise as necessary.
Follow company merchandise processes; unpack, stock, restock, and rotate merchandise on shelves and build merchandise displays.
Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
Coordinating retail store operations
Ensuring store schedules and objectives are met by employees
Excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through “Go the extra mile” to drive sales Welcoming customers to the store and answering their queries
