As the Sales Category Management Assistant Supervisor, you will responsible of planning, arranging and executing all trade marketing activities across MT, OP & TT channels, and ensuring high visibility at the market.
Ensuring all execution initiatives are implemented in the trade in a timely manner and as per execution agenda through communicating with suppliers, retailers and sales team, and ensuring the availability of POSM, stands and all required material.
o Develop & Execute initiatives that support field based activity in targeted priority areas in coordination with channels e.g. OP, MT, TT.
o Support innovation calendar (launches & promos) via POSM, marketing equipments and stands.
o Prepare and execute the yearly & quarterly trade marketing calendar in conjuction with organized trade (MT & OP), E&E Mgr and Marketing.
o Provide examples of best practice and establish KPI's for all initiatives.
o Provide Monthly reports of all trade activities internally.
o Highlihgt new channel development oppurtunities and report on monthly basis to Export & Execution Manager.
o Design channel specific new execution equipments.
o Coordinate with marketing team with alignment of E&E Mgr on new promotions launches.
o Execute and Monitor all POSM, including shelf strips, coolers pricing across all trade.
o Ensure price and all communication at the point of purchase is in line with execution standards.
o Follow up on all execution material required through commuinicating with suppliers and ensuring timley delivery of approved samples.
o Supervise and followup on any new execution initiatives whether in organized trade or traditional trade.
o To perform monthly market tours to ensure execution guidelines compliance.
o To ensure product availability and visibility through monthly market tours.
o Perform market tours on weekly and monthly basis to ensure proper implementation of all execution initiatives, product launches and trade activities.
o Track & Followup the signages and racks budget, ensure monthly reporting pn the tpotal spend / remaining amounts.
o Followup with production house suppliers to deliver on timely manner with high quality.
o Perform PR, PO, Invoicing process for the trade marketing activities.
o Ensure monthly and quarterly reporting of Nielsen readings and build wide analysis per channel / Area.
1. B.A In Marketing, Business Administration or related field
2. Min 4-5 years' experience in sales, trade marketing with an FMCG Company is plus.
3. Fluency in English and Arabic.
4. Strong Interpersonal and Good Networking skills.
