Sales Coordinator – GET Group

1. Provide support to the Sales Team
2. Must be organised and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork and filtering.
3. Contact customers and prospects to arrange appointments for the Sales Team or make follow-up calls to confirm the contract
4. Responsible for Collaboration with other departments
5. Ensure to produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve
6. Must be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly
7. Must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
8. Ensure compliance with all legal, contractual, audit, regulatory, risk management and safety requirements and procedures, especially in respect of IP confidentiality and related risks.
9. Maintain efficiency and cost effectiveness of all processes by ensuring that all the technology needs of the business unit are addressed (in coordination with Corporate IT).
