Sales Coordinator – iHorizons

Job Summary
Sales Coordinator (SC) will be a part of a dynamic team. SC supports the director of sales team in achieving operational and sales objectives. SC will be responsible for qualifying leads and assuring that the proposing lifecycle is well handled. SC ensures that all clients' requests through the sales team are completed in a timely manner with accuracy, offers the highest priority to the customer's business, technology and product requirements, then, matches iHorizons products to meet customers' needs. SC reports to the country manager.
Functions and Responsibilities
Working within the sales team, SC will be the main point of contact for the opportunities assigned to him/her from the country manager. The responsibilities include but not limited to:
Professional interactions with country manager and other team members as well as interactions with the clients if required.
Management of proposing cycle from lead generations till proposal submission.
Contributing to the highest level of prospects and customers satisfaction.
Lead sales process, involving other resources as required, to successfully submitting the proposal to the customer customers.
Manage on-going account relationships.
Coordinate and ensure the production of responses to RFP's by all parts of the business.
Actively utilize iHorizons' public contacts database for contact information.
Handle incoming and make outbound calls to customers/prospects as required.
Prioritize and organize daily workload (i.e. projects, order entry, customer contacts, internal follow-up, and customer mailings).
Create and manage spreadsheets, letters, clerical duties and customer presentations.
Sales/ Pre Sales
Understand customer's business, technology and product requirements expectations are managed and met to prepare a written proposal and quotations.
Assist in project kick-off meetings and provide on-going sales input and control throughout project.
Attend sales seminars, meetings, or educational activities to stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in the marketplace.
Prepare leads status report.
Efficiently manage the flow of orders and deliveries of/to customers.
Updating the open tender status and providing reports to the CEO on weekly bases (each Sunday morning), the updates shall be applied on the Sales Pipeline / In Progress Sheet (Public Tenders) [1]
Follow-up payments.
Provide day-to-day support to accounts with regard to merchandising needs, support materials and return authorizations.
Prepare with the accountant any tender or contract bond required.
Preparing the due Customer's Invoice Requests.
Preparing the due Customer's Bank Guarantee Requests.
Identify marketing opportunities.
Updating events and news by our portal, Wiki and website.
Coordinates and implements marketing communication projects with responsibilities that include special events management, advertising, and press releases.
Organizes the presentation of proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, and reports.
Assists with conducting research.
Administrative Responsibility
Perform needed organizational duties for iHorizons' Management Committee.
