Sales Engineer – Excellence Manpower Services

The Sales Engineer – is responsible for the profitable and sustainable growth of this division using all the strengths of the existing product portfolio and sales outlets within the region. He/she will ensure that the customer service for trading and aftermarket is treated as the most important attribute of the team and ensure that clients’ needs are clearly identified, measured and delivered against. To primarily assist and provide budgetary and detailed fixed & firm quotations against customer enquiries, which if successful, will contribute to the overall company revenue plan/profitability. Key Accountabilities (includes, but not limited to the following) • Always lead in all aspects of compliance, EHS, Quality and customer service. • Develop a Business Sales strategy to deliver profitable and sustainable growth across the product / service range and region in products, and asset enhancement services. • Prepare and report monthly forecast and actual. • Make sales calls and meetings. • Deliver monthly revenue and margin targets, clearly reporting the forecast and managing the risks and opportunities • Work in collaboration with Sales Manager to optimize inventory holding and improve Supplier- Proserv-Client interfaces and processes. • Prepare, maintain, update accuracy and publish marketing material for all products in scope • Investigate and introduce opportunities to add new products and services to the markets. • Make frequent visits to clients and Proserv offices to keep abreast of client needs and opportunities. • Make frequent visits to client’s sites and offices to keep abreast of client needs, shutdowns, stock and other opportunities. • Target Installed base and meet 10% annual growth rate in Asset Enhancement Services business. • Opening channels with new contractors, designers and clients and identifying the key personnel and decision making contacts. • Execute technical presentations, technical discussions, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations. • Figure out and follow up the ongoing and upcoming projects and target the designers for the budget proposals.
