-Maintaining long-term relationships with clients through meeting their requirements in a timely manner and exceeding their expectations in the quality of service.
-Presenting to clients products or services
that best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
-Negotiating tender and contract terms and
conditions to meet both client and company needs.
-Calculating client quotations and
administering client accounts and analyzing costs and sales.
-Preparing status and progress reports.
-Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales project.
-Supporting marketing activities by attending
trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
-Providing training and support to other
members of the sales team.
-Identify key accounts in the region to develop.
and optimize the sales strategy.
-Prepare and follow up quotations to end
customers / channel partners in order to achieve targeted growth in business.
-Coordinate closely with technical experts and
pre-sales teams to achieve high levels of efficiency in the sales process.
-Identify and help develop additional sales
channel where required.
