1. Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1.1 Sales and Prospecting
a) Achieves assigned sales target, monthly, quarterly and yearly
b) Analyzes market potential and sales territory
c) Plans and carries out prospecting activities for
selected target groups by direct mailing, electronic mailing, outdoor visits, and outgoing calls.
d) Builds, establishes, and accurately maintains the sales database
e) Sells creatively across a broad product portfolio
f) Presents, explains and clarifies, all the services provided by the dealership and the company such as the financial services,
Insurance, BSI bank offers and promotions so to be offered to the customer
g) Has to know the brand values.
h) Has to know the product very well in order to sell it and to assist the customer
h) By knowing the details of the product the sales person gets to know and believes in the brand values
i) Has to keep up with the innovative vehicle features and its technical and optional updates
j) Has to know where the product stands among competitors and always ready to answer questions and comparisons.
1.2 Customer orientation
a) Carries out customer welcoming, sales negotiation and discussions, analyses requirements and handles trade-in Used Cars.
b) Arranges for handover of new cars with maximum customer satisfaction to make the process a positive and unique experience to the customer.
c) Handles complaints to the full satisfaction of the customer and the company.
d) Develops and provides systematic after-sales customer care in order to create the basis for repeated sales and referrals.
1.3 Customer / Vehicle File
a) Maintains the customer / Vehicle file which is a reference
record for the vehicle transactions throughout the sales
b) Handles all documentation related to bank financing,
insurance issuance, vehicle registration, traffic department requirement and all customer related documentations.
2. Other Duties and Responsibilities
a) Self- updates with sales related information.
b) Gathers and updates the information about competitor’s products and to compare them with our dealer’s products
c) Works closely with other departments.
