Sales Executive – Andalus Trading Company

The Sales Executive is accountable for Sales/Revenue growth in the Independent Retail market. This person builds and maintains strong relationships with the clients, increases market share in the accounts and improves market penetration. This role is dominantly sales-focused.
– Managing sales volumes while meeting account service expectations;
– Drive sales revenue by building strong IR channel networks and developing strong business relationship;
– Partners with IR channels to plan strategies, provide quality products, train promoters, and provide support necessary for attainment of common goals and objectives;
– Achieve gross/ net sales plans and market share targets for assigned key accounts through creating, selling, executing and communicating business plans;
– Leads negotiations of proposals for current and prospective customers;
– Monitor, control and coordinate the distribution of stocks;
– Follow-up on the payments credit notes, reconcile statement of accounts on monthly basis with IR customers;
– Carry out research and identify potential new channels in order to increase company market share;
– Analyse and generate reports relating to market, competition and trends.
