Sales Executive – Gerab National Enterprises

• Business Development and Lead generation
– Conduct and report minimum number of sales leads set by the management and transform a minimum % of those into revenue generating business.
– Promote the services offered by the Company – 3PL Land, Sea & Air Forwarding.
– Provide Market Information and Feedback on Competition.
• Sales Objectives
– Secure new customers and maintain & develop existing accounts.
– Meet and exceed target set on Gross revenue and gross profit. .
– Payments Follow up with clients for out-standing supported by the Debt Collector.
• Customer Relationship and Key Account Management
– Follow up on Leads and quoted business.
– Support Customer Service and work closely with Operations on the execution of customer service contracts.
– Manage existing accounts of the company.
• Reports
– Maintain records of customer details / sales visits in the CRM.
– Identify potential customers and register opportunities in CRM.
– Regularly visit existing accounts validating our service levels and develop new revenue streams
• Policies and Procedures
– To follow internal policies and procedures for the department which Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Due follow-up for technical and commercial presentations with potentials.
• Stand in for the Manager during Holidays / Sickness as required.
