Sales Executive – Hempel Paints Company ( MEW )
As a member of the Sales team, you will represent Pamatec as a company providing quality service and products to customers.
You must meet the overall value figures in Budget. Have a positive AR in favour of the Company. Maintains a GP level in line with budget expectations and have a good and positive attitude.
– Calls on existing and new potential customers, contractors, consultants and etc. to establish good contact and generate sales.
– Establishes good contact with all relevant departments and officials and within the organization.
– Aware of main ongoing and future projects.
– Assesses project needs and obtain all relevant details pertaining to specifications and bills quantities.
– Compiles and recommends solutions on the project information gathered.
– Prepares and submit quotations in line with company policy and negotiate these quotations with concerned parties.
– Resolves customer complaints and ensure prompt and satisfactory handling.
– Liaise with the branch accountant for proper credit control and establishment of credit limits for customers.
– Ensures invoices are settled in accordance with the approved payment terms and established credit limits.
– Keeps the Direct Manager informed of main market and competitor activities.
– Maintains at all times a good and updated knowledge of the market including competitors’ activities, key projects, important contractors, consultants and etc.
– Adheres to the company policies and procedure.
– Performs other related jobs/tasks as required.
