Sales Executive – MINDFREE Consulting

Company Brief:
Our client is a global leader in Insurance and Re-insurance solutions, seeking to recruit Sales Executives for Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Position will be reporting to the Business Development Manager
Job Requirements:
Experience between 3 – 7 years within an insurance or brokerage firm
Age preference between 25 – 35 years
Preferably has his/her own portfolio
Have the knowledge of the processes, procedures and operations of insurance firms and brokerages
Must have strong communication and networking skills
Must have Dubai/Abu Dhabi experience
Must have knowledge of local laws and practices
Good comprehension of insurance plans and offers
Meet regularly with new individuals and corporate clients as well as insurance companies to expand the existing book of business
Has the entrepreneurial spirit and ready for challenges
Presentable with good presentations skills
Eager for a challenge, motivated, driven and has a personalized touch towards handling customers
Excellent Client Relations and Customer Service skills
Problem-solver and Analytical Thinker
Assist customers with their claims and support claims department whenever required
Capable of managing several accounts efficiently
Manage conflicts with customers and escalate to the right stakeholder
Must have high commercial awareness and numerical skills
Someone result oriented, focused with sound sales experience
A candidate that has the mix of a consultative & hunter mindset Strong negotiation and contract closure skills
