Sales Executive – Office Furniture – Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group
• JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT:
The Sales Person is responsible for maximizing sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge and team work. Sells floor merchandise and/or assists customers with purchases, orders, and/or deliveries, as required. Maintains merchandising and visual display standards. Implements stock control and security procedures and maintain appropriate records.
• Achieves and exceed sales targets.
• Promote maximum sale of office furniture by understanding customer needs, explaining features and benefits, overcoming objections, selling add-on merchandise.
• Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence, offering suggestions and opinions.
• Ensure work procedure as per company's SOPs.
• To Explore new markets and deliver product and services for continued sustainable growth.
• To Identify opportunities by studying consumer requirements; obtained by through market research.
• Generating new business through sales leads obtained from different channels of inquiries.
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers in prospect for new business;
• Preparing sales proposal and quotations for submission to clients.
• Ensure the total end to end sales cycle .
• To provide monthly sales plans to Asst. Sales Manager – Showroom.
• Collect job completion certificate from client and follow up for timely collection of payment.
• Representing the company at trade exhibitions and events
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, via telephone calls and emails;
• Understand and duly follow all statuary and legal compliances of the company
